Work, like the rain, seem never ending. Sometimes a downpour and sometimes a drizzle but never clear skies. The light, filtered by the clouds, making everything a dusty shadow of it's true self. And then it stops and you look around and find that all of the rain has brought out the spring flowers and then decorated them with jewels. Red Pool was taken on just such a morning when the rain and the work had stopped, the kids were still asleep and the sun had started to come out. I headed down to Pearl Street where I had seen the prior week the great job that the city of Boulder had done with planting tulips. I really enjoyed how this one turned out.
