I am very lucky to have access to the garden that my mother-in-law, Judy, has done such a great job of creating. This spring has been exceptionally nice at their house and the poppies have been surrounded by these giant allium which provides a nice contrast of color. Many thanks to Judy for the hours of hard work that create such beauty. As it seems to happen every spring I get so excited to see the flowers that they become 90% of what I take pictures of until someone calls me on it. This year I'm calling myself on it and changing what I'm shooting so the next couple potw's should be something other than flowers.
